Mr. Moon is part of the ancient dreamer blood line, but gone bad. He is the ruler/Big King of Nightmare Land.  He enjoys the suffering of others especially when there stuck in a infinite nightmare for his entailment Mr. Moon is evil to the core. And has recently been. lazy due to no new dreamer blood line ringing the bell to send him up to the real world. But when Nova and his gang rock up and he is informed of their attendance at the school ,he is determined to take Nova down forever, since he could be the last dreamer bloodline, witch is what Mr. Moon wants. But besides being a Evil, Evil walking moon. He is a massive, inappropriate slur lord.  Throwing out as many swears, racist, and abusive comments as he can. All because he is just one big rock jerk. Who only cares about himself and watching others scream or blood be shed.

As for Mr. Moon's voice. We are looking along the lines of your everyday middle range pitch dad. He is not really to low, but not high pitch. We best compare his voice to being surfer dude like. But no to much of that. If your good at sounding like a Jerk, that's what we need.
