Barbara is a student at Luna Nova, and she is always accompanied by Hannah. They both follow around Diana Cavendish and act as her loyal friends and assistants. They are very mocking girls and disrespect Akko and company. Very valley girl-esque. 


Barbara should have a medium voice, sort of like Jackie from Star vs. the Forces of Evil, but more cocky.

  • Hey, did you hear? Apparently one of the new students this year isn't from a witch's family. [...] I heard they're not doing so well and they need to let in anyone they can get their hands on to keep the school running.

  • Way to go Diana! You're even smarter than Badcock.
