Currently, this will be an extremely low-paying role, and when my content creation gets more traction it will then be the time we can discuss more payment that will become more reasonable as things start growing. 

I am looking for people to make thumbnails for my VOD channel and my main channel. 

For my VOD channel, I want simple and easy-to-make thumbnails while my main channel has more time taken toward the thumbnails as I want those to be clicked on more. Digital artists are preferred but graphic designers/photo editors are also welcome (do note that I am faceless, so no easy reaction thumbnails lol).

You will be paid $10 per main channel thumbnail made. For VOD thumbnails, you will be paid $5 per thumbnail. Again, this will increase as I gain traction (or get a good job). I will provide sketches to reference off of so you don't have to do the idea-thinking work.

I'm hoping for multiple thumbnail artists/designers as I hoping to upload 2-3 videos per week on my main channel and 3-4 videos a week for my VOD channel, but I understand if people need time as I am fine with even one thumbnail a week as it is better none. I'm also not picky with art style, given how low I am paying.

Tell me your estimated turnaround time for each thumbnail and how many thumbnails a week you think you would be able to pull off (and whether you make simple or complex ones). And send a portfolio of thumbnails you have made or channels you have made thumbnails for if applicable (or just art in general).
