Delilah appears to be a kind-hearted and friendly individual, which makes her well-liked among most people. In actuality, she is a manipulative and controlling person over the people in her life. Seeing how she isolated Kade from her friends and even his mother, wanting to be the only person in his life. She is clever, however, and easily able to mask this facade.
