Morton Stone was a war criminal during the Bullhead Campaign, including the massacre of an entire family in the Oatman Massacre. After discharge, he worked as a corporate gunslinger for several Brahmin Baron, including Walter Phebus, Lucien Simpson, Jemima Hartley and Frick Stanton; a strikebreaker against CUAW strikes, bank thief murderer and an intimidator of the press. He eventually became the No. 2 mercenary for Frick Stanton. He is a psychopath who enjoys violence and excels at it, although he is not much good at anything else.

Voice Description: Aged 30-35 male. Slightly twisted, but not outright manic or crazy sounding. Scheming, cruel, confident that he is correct.
