Via is a 14 year old witch girl, she loves to study things and figure out why they are the way they are. She's a natural born adventurer and had an unconventional upbringing, raised by ghosts in a haunted land plot.
Her voice is pretty neutral I guess you could say. I don't have a particular character to compare her to yet so just do what feels right. She dose not have a really high voice, it leans to the higher end of neutral. She has a general United States accent.
