Chime is a psychopathic and very energetic woman with her mind set on one thing: Fear
Her main goal is to get what she wants through striking fear into her opponents.
Very persuasive in the way she talks, she can often talk her way out of a fight. She often laughs when people suggest she does "the right thing"
The few lines that she says in this piece show her in a more serious tone while switching to humor every now and then.
She has been though a lot and has been rumored to be unkillable. This has lead to her being reckless and carefree.
