This is what Falcon was born from, yes it talks and yes it's just fire. The Fire appears in Flashbacks and inside of Falcon's head. He/she has 4 lines. He/She is also a bit humorous. (Ok, so I know there is no skin for fire but he/she is literally just some flames that speak, don't question it)
