Bill Dalgo is a well-off rancher who's currently searching for his son's killer, alongside his other son Johnny. Unlike Johnny, Bill is a calm and patient man who's more than willing to negotiate or wait for his son's killer to reveal himself. However, as amicable as he may be, Bill isn't willing to let his son's murderer get away and doesn't trust the NCR to get justice for him.
