Angel's films are some of the most expensive and sought after luxuries in the wasteland, mainly because they cater to the darkest indulgences of the Vegas elite. Angel has become quite rich and well-connected due to his business, giving him an air of invincibility. Thus, he speaks in an antagonistic and narcissistic tone with most people, thinking himself above them. In the rare occasions where Angel meets his match, he takes a business-like approach to conflict resolution, explaining the consequences of crossing him in plain, unapologetic terms.
