Penny is a character from the games Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, as well as the Anime Pokémon Horizons; however, in this campaign, it's many years after the events of those games. Our player/actor Alejandro is her cousin in this story and is an up-and-coming gym leader in Nacrene City of Unova, now replacing the previous Normal Gym with a brand new Fairy Gym.

 
Ideally, she should have her same demure and chronically online attitude. 

Penny plays a supporting role towards the end of the script.
