Sergeant Walker is a young member of the NCR military, with little exposure to actually fighting while working his desk job. Initially, Walker is naive about the realities of war, having an overly optimistic, black-and-white view of such things. He even regards the infamous Locke as a hero. However, as time goes on and Walker starts actually fighting, he quickly becomes flustered and overwhelmed. This eventually passes, however, and Walker finally matures into a veteran. And despite the horrors he faces, he still tries to remain stoic and true to his good natured self.
Walker is a major character in the mod.

Line 1 Context: A naive Walker talks about his experience working with Locke, and how he laments not being able to live his fantastic life style as a bounty hunter.
Line 2 Context: After fighting and winning in a minor engagement, a more mature and solemn Walker reflects on the experience, observing how wars breed more wars.
