There are two wardens: Malcom and Dave. Both of them are power-hungry and sex-craving. They appear to bully the people living within the apartment unless they have a specific blood type or they can get sex out of them. No need to be too serious: they're silly side characters.

(flirtatiously, excitedly) "A quick visit, huh? I'll be right there, sweet cheeks!"
(brightly, then confused) "Greetings and salutations! ...Huh? Anybody home?"
(uncaring, casually) "Oh, great. Another suicide. I guess the weirdo really did croak..."
