As a best friend to Makoto, Shiro is different from her in SO many ways. While still being hyperactive, she's more of a sweetie pie. She's also quite cute at times, and is almost always seen with a smile on her face. Just look at her! However, just because she's chipper doesn't mean she can experience negative emotions.

The "Hai" is pronounced as "Hi!", not "Ha!".. but you still did a rather fantastic job as Shiro! All that's left is to do her singing voice! You can also do Paula's singing voice, as well! (Even though you couldn't do Paula's speaking voice since she has an Italian accent, which you weren't possibly able to do)
