He became a super villain against criminals and cops alike.The voice of the CEO should reflect his personality. Cunning, unnerving, wise, greedy, with the ability to be unhinged and ruthless.

A voice inspired by the likes of John Goodman's voice of Robot Santa from Futurama, and Angstrom Levy from Invincible would fit very good.
