Your voice is falling into a sort of pattern where you're saying each sentence and phrase the same over and over. This can cause you to sound a bit robotic so I want you to channel how you naturally speak in everyday life. Give off that grounded, real performance in your tone so that the audience can really connect to the emotions and the rawness of your words, especially when you're wanting to connect people to the innocence of their childhood. Play around with varying up things like your pitch, pacing, pauses, adding pre life, etc to really give more dynamics to the performance. Naturally, we don't talk perfectly and have moments of breaths, sighs, and any sort of realism. We don't want it to sound like you're reading words, but you're living this moment as the character. Think about the emotions that you're feeling and get even more specific with who you're speaking to. Is it a child? Teen? Elder? Are they a friend or a stranger? Depending on who it is, we do talk differently with different people so you want to match that. Also think about the nostalgia of someone you cherish and give that to us. Share those feelings in your voice and think about the words you're saying. When speaking about being sad or that your mother isn't around very often, that's going to feel different than when you speak about Nilimore's mighty smile and all the sweets she gave you. You wanna have that contrast going on so that it's not all one note. For Nasturtium, it should be pronounced like "Nuh-Stir-Shum", other than that you did great with pronunciation! Your articulation and clarity in your words were good too! Overall, find that real life connection and experience to draw from and share that with your audience through your voice.
