=What you'll do if hired= 

You'll be doing the thumbnails for the episodes and trailers. It's pretty cut and dry. You'll be handed a mock up of what is required for certain thumbnails and be left to do your thing. You will be credited in ZR like everyone else hired. A credit link of your choice.

Honestly pretty much any style of art will go, but the most preferred is anime or something similar to the style.
