He's often sarcastic to everyone around him, making him very unpopular with the townsfolk. He can often be seen at the bar, if not passed out on a street bench or actually getting some work done in his century old home which he rents out. People say he's broken into their property before, but there has never been any proof. He has a raspy, deep voice. He's 32 years old.
