Description: A transfer student from South America who has been held back a year to meet the required credits for graduation. Very hesitant and shy to interact with her peers, she tends to be self-conscious not just when it comes to her English phonetics and pronunciation, but also physically. Lacks confidence with boys, particularly due to being in new, unfamiliar territory.

Voice Type: I would prefer to embrace her Latin roots, so I'm looking for a "first-generation" Latin-American accent with fluency in Spanish.

Ideally, something high-pitched, though, as she is diminutive in stature. 

I wouldn’t say she trips over her words so much as if having a speech impediment, but I’d say she should be rather timid/tepid in her delivery due to lack of confidence. Internally expressing her own thoughts, she is quite animated, but tends to be stoic and monosyllabic in actual conversation until she becomes more comfortable. 

*Knowledge of and fluency in Spanish is a plus when being considered for the role.
