Junpei is a friend of yours you meet very quickly after transferring, who joins you in your battle against the Dark Hour.
Junpei's voice, like a lot of the rest, can be inspired by either Vic Mignogna (OG) or Zeno Robinson's (Reload) performance, however, I would prefer it to be more inspired by Zeno's preformance. You can also give it your own spin if you would like!
