Rowe Owata is a girl who tries to come off as more unfortunate than she is. She will often force her words to stutter and will do her best to come off as nerdy, but actually is very smart and capable. She has a more mature voice, often being mistaken as an adult amongst her classmates. She needs to have a good singing voice. Needs to give off a slight popular “pick-me” girl energy. Mid to low pitch voice that sounds like she is trying way too hard to be relatable.
