Caelia is half human and half god. She is out of place when it comes to being compared to human or virus because she is neither. When the God Celeste and a human had a child, it being Caelia, the world became unbalanced due to Caelia taking half of Celeste's powers. Since the world was unbalanced all Celeste could do was create the Magirus virus so the humans can help keep this world stable. Ever since the birth of Caelia, the story of Magirus has begun. 

 Personality: When it comes to Nami she seems a bit possessive of her. She mostly tries to act nice when Nami is around but she can actually be kind of cold to others.

 Voice:  A Mature voice for a women, deeper than an average female voice. When she's cold or angry, her voice takes on a more serious and threatening tone
