Vynx for Arthur Walton
Arthur Walton was one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, collaborating with a close partner, Delilah Keen. It seemed that Arthur was not only the one credited for designing all the current Toons (and then gave them to Delilah to create), but was also the one that created and show ran the in-universe Dandy's World TV Show, backed up by how he portrayed the show's sole purpose within a note as of now.

Yet I feel as if we still need to talk about this, you had to have known this could happen to him. You had to have known that this was even a possibility. If you did, why didn’t you tell anyone?
