Skull is a former 80s raider tribe lieutenant finding herself in Freeside after an inside betrayal. She can be recruited by the player and cause mayhem with her!
For Skull's voice direction-- go for aggressive and bloodthirsty, as she's meant to be an evil-aligned character. She's also Irish, so if you can pull off an Irish accent, even better! So imagine Cait's voice performance from Fallout 4 except more aggressive.
