The Leader of the True Eye Cult. Once a member of the New California Republic Military, he was left behind when his squad was captured by cannibalistic raiders. He managed to escape, but at the cost of his sanity. His former government labled him and any survivors of his mission as deserters and they were tried with treason.
Kane went on a rampage before vanishing into obscurity. Now he's back, and in charge of the True Eye Cult. Is it really him though?
The Kane met in this story is a calm and "wise" old man that guides people in the cult when they are under the influence of Dr. Clearwater's drugs. He appears like an oracle, but his preaching is a little nonsensical.
