A Chemist Prodigy working with, and secretly leading, The True Eye Cult. A cult of habitual drug users that take drugs to "get closer to god". She uses the cult as a smokescreen to hide her unethical expirements with some of the drugs she's created. She's a cruel and inhumane monster, usually speaking about matters in a matter of fact manner, only caring about results and not human lives.

Middle Aged Woman. Need a voice that has a bit of charisma to it, as in, she seems like a gentle and kind person. This would all be a smokescreen for the monster within.
