A grizzled looking mercenary that works for the gang boss kingsley and deals drugs along with his wife in the streets of Westside. He comes off as a scary, sketchy dude, but he has a moral code and is generally a good ally, despite the drug dealing. He hates people who deal drugs to children, which is a similar stance that his boss has. He and his wife are planning to have a channel of their own, and write off the drug making as a means to an end. He also writes off the damage he has done as people who were going to get wasted on drugs anyway.

He's in his late thirties, but looks far older. Sounds tough and scary.
