The Manager (Age unknown) is more of a strange foreboding presence than a person. Working at Omnicorp for an extended period of time seems to have stripped them of their sympathy and empathy. The misery of their underlings seems to bring them genuine joy... or maybe sustainance. I have no strong idea of what their voice should sound like, they are just the epitome of "Lawful Evil"/
