After the loss of her parents she began conducting experiments on her sister until she finally cracked the code. She became rich from her death-reversing discovery and ran a very successful company up until the Rapture began. Now she runs a safe area free of angels as she searches for F.S. She is all smiles to the public but can be a bit arrogant and rather selfish behind closed doors.
