Quintessential Quintuples Alternate Ending: Actress Wanted
Mercy for Miku Nakano
Miku Nakano is the middle sister of the Nakano quintuplets. She starts the series off a shy and demure, keeping to herself, especially about her interest and love for Sengoku-era Japanese Warfare. Over the course of the series, she tries to allow herself to confess to her, and her sisters', tutor, Futarou Uesugi, often falling short of her "threshold" for confessing. By the end of the series, she is more confident in herself and her interests, works in a bakery alongside her sister Nino, and is overall in a much better place when it comes to loving herself.
This is going to be an alternate ending to the anime adaptation, specifically. It will be an audio piece where Miku is the Nakano that Futarou confesses to. You will need to be able to convey both the confident version of Miku and the shy, reserved, not fully confident version of Miku, as well. I am looking for a voice similar to her English dub actress, Felicia Angelle.
I've only written what could be considered a "first chapter" to this ending, but if this project is well received, I'll write more for it. Miku is the main female lead, but there will be her sisters should this project do good, including Ichika, who has a few lines in this current script. Thank you for taking the time to check out this post.

Start the line off with a small, startled gasp. Miku was just shocked out of her light sleep by Futarou's voice... give a slight pause before starting in a warm voice. She should sound calm, maybe a little softer spoken than her already soft voice due to her just waking up from a quick nap: "Then you must fight... that was Sun Tzu, one of the greatest strategic minds in battle."
This line comes a bit into Futarou talking to Miku in the classroom, after he had made some pretty demeaning things, just as he usually did. She would be saying this line with a bit of a pout on her face, so try to communicate that with the line reading.: "Did you come in here just to insult me, Futarou?"
This line comes after Futarou had finally confessed to her and told her that she was the one that he wanted to be with. She should sound happy, excited even, but still surprised at the same time, like she hadn't fully expected him to have chosen her. At the end of the line, she starts to giggle happily before those same giggles patter out into more awkward, reserved giggles as she start to second guess everything. The second half of the line should be said with reluctancy, almost a regretful tone in her voice as she realizes that her four sisters were all left behind while she wasn't.: "I did it... I did it! I won!..... th-this isn't right... m-my sisters worked so hard for this..."
Hi there, thank you so much for auditioning! There was quite a bit that I liked about your audition, so I'll definitely keep it in mind, should there be other auditions for this role.
