To some, Damian would seem like an arrogant devil who doesn’t know his place--more arrogant than devils are known for, at that. To others, Damian is a dashing figure who is rather eloquent and enticing with his words. Collecting souls for the purpose of furthering his arcane energy, Damian will utilize any of the tools in his arsenal to lure unsuspecting prey into his contracts efficiently. In order to make clients more “sticky”, he manipulates their dreams and commands demons to infiltrate them. Because of this, he is also known as a “tactical warlord” to other devils. He always acts confident; knowing better than to show any kind of weakness.
I’ve always heard Damian to have a posh sort of tone to his voice, yet there is a subtle hint of gravel within his voice in order to make his offers all the more alluring. British accents are welcome. His voice can be deep, but not so much that the texture of his voice cannot be heard. I would say that the voice references for Damian would be Raphael (Baldur’s Gate 3), Geralt (Witcher 3), Dracula (Castlevania Netflix), William Regal (WWE).
Line 1: Because they’re the Chosen of a Deity, Damian wants Hayi’s soul to heighten his own magical talents. He has given them an offer too enticing for them to reject.
Line 2: Never admitting to having a soft spot for taking care of animals, an Owlbear’s egg somehow makes its way to his domain. He recites a comforting verse to the egg.
Line 3: Damian gives Hayi, Ainslie and Aehsyrra a vague hint towards the existence of Unknown.
