Good read!
0:41, 1:46 Even for a light stumble in the reading or an odd breath insertion, it’s highly encouraged to start again at the beginning of the sentence or paragraph or a point that would make it easy to remove and replace the mistake during editing. If you just keep going and don’t return to a solid point that makes it easy to edit out the mistake, you may need to come back later and re-record, and it becomes challenging to make it sound the same as the original recording. So, a good rule of thumb is to record so that it’s easy to edit later.
0:39-0:59 This section started to sound repetitive and rhythmic/patternistic in your read. Look for ways to break the pattern and keep it different/smooth.
1:10 “representative” instead of “representatives” minor word change
For the purpose of this homework to work on projection, I thought you did a good job overall. Be aware of where your breaths land, though. In some scripts the client may want to edit out or reduce the breaths and if they are incorporated into the words that can make it a little challenging. A repetitive/patternistic gasping type of breath can also start to stand out to listeners after a while and is another thing to just be aware of and keep an ear out for during your editing.
As you continue along your voice acting journey, look for ways to “change up” the repetitive words and try not to fall into staccato/repetitive patterns when reading - this will help smooth it out and keep it interesting.
Overall, nice job with your read! Well done.
This is super solid, I like how you said "But, limited time only". The variation helped make that statement highlighted, which I think is important.
