Kiyomi is a very mysterious character, we don't learn much about her till later on. It’s established that Kiyomi sits next to Mizuki in class, being very quiet and reserved. She doesn’t like Mizuki much, But is inclined to help her due to the request of her deceased friend Junko. She projects Junko onto Mizuki, making for a very toxic dynamic between the two. She's burdened with guilt over Junko's death. Her greatest "ailment" was the death of Junko, but as one cannot bring the dead back to life --- her suffering was relieved by binding their souls, forcing Junko's spirit to be tied to Kyomi instead of moving on. Kyomi is haunted by Junko, being the only one able to communicate with her. Kiyomi has a hoard of ember fragments in her house, unused. She purposely doesn’t refill her emotions. Because of this she is very cold and critical. She doesn't value emotions much, and her actions come off as very impulsive/confusing.

She has a medium-low softer voice, very flat affect, think homura akemi.
