He is a creative character who always says what’s on his mind, whether it’s good or bad. His best friend is Sky, who he’s been friends with since elementary. His powers allow him to control the water. He has a Mid-low pitch, and his voice is kinda like gumball from TAWOG. I am not too sure about which episode will give him the most screen time.
