Metal Sonic is a killer robot built by Eggman to take down Sonic for good. He’s fast, cold, and completely obsessed with proving he’s the better version. Even though he usually follows Eggman’s orders, he’s rebelled more than once just to settle the score with Sonic himself.
A cold, mechanical voice with an edge of menace would fit perfectly.
