Caper Light is a male King and ruler. He is said to be the most powerful wielder of the power known as "White Fire." Caper has small rules, but he is very important for his character is the backbone to the strength of the Light family and helps listeners understand why the main character, Carbon, is so important.  

Caper's pitch is low and gravelly. He is serious and stern. He is feared by many. 

Casper's main goal is to just pass down the family strength to his son, Casper.
