Barkley is the stereo typical police commissioner with a short temper. He has years of experience both as police commissioner and as a cop. He smokes cigars regularly and is an alcoholic when he is off duty. 

  • If it weren't for Cooper my branch wouldn't be the most disgraced law enforcers in the world! He has given us more problems than any other criminal in the last century! I WILL NOT HAVE HIM WORKING FOR INTERPOL!!! (Furious,Stuborn,Committed)

  • Put him through some tests and tell the other officers to leave the room. Who knows if he will telling the truth with that much security.(Relaxed after a lot of yelling)
