Where are this kids' parents? ... Salt in the wound, too soon? Sorry, sorry.

Eli is a famous thief. Well, in his small neighborhood, they'd consider themselves famous. People know about the small, frail, albino kid who steals from... bakeries? I mean, they occasionally rob a few houses here and there, and those people will find their belongings sold on eBay. Eli would say they're doing well for themselves until they get caught by a cop. Their best excuse? They were working with that new theater gig and recruiting people. They were not. Now they're a contestant. 

Eli is a 14-year-old kid who can only be described as having quite a way with words and actions. They're sly, sneaky, and very persuasive. But it's quite odd, those traits aren't just there from the get-go, they're learned. What could've happened to this poor little guy to make them become such a conniving little snake? Could it have to do with their parents' disappearance and eventual death? Well, that's just simple speculation.
