Maki was a childhood friend of Miles and Asher as she transferred from Japan and the two happened to take her under their wings. Maki has always been the one to always care and show concern over the two, and now a days Miles as he tend to not care for himself as much. She was the one who gave Miles and Asher the idea to work with her at Freddy's.

Maki has a soft, slow and smooth spoken voice as she has a more laid back side to her over the years. She loves plants and got permission to put a bunch around the pizzeria for the aesthetics, to which she waters all of them sometimes by herself. Maki is also very prone to helping out and doing chores she wasn't told to do, but just wants to do it to help others out given her selfless nature. She adores the animatronics and always watches their shows during her work breaks, which Miles never understands the interest. Maki can be a bit of an airhead and also has never noticed Miles seeing her a different way.
