For Goldar, a blood oath is a blood oath and must be honored--even if honoring it meant cleaving his own rebellious Titan brother's head off at the sadistic command of the all-mighty Eltarian Emperor, Lord Zedd.
However, after Zedd's latest gambit against the Power Rangers cost him his cosmic powers, Goldar travels with Zedd as his only remaining ally across the galaxy to revive Eltar's greatest warrior to defeat the Rangers once-and-for-all--the Supreme Commander Zolphram...Lord Zedd's former self.
A being Goldar holds no blood oath too...

P-pardon me, my Lord, but what about repowering Serpentera? Surely that would be the better alternative than expending the finite coin energy collected on yet another of Finster’s failed, useless abominations?
I don't know if this really fits the original character, but it is really good nonetheless.
