Galaxies Collide mainly takes place on the planet Honakai. On this planet, the police force is made up of hundreds of clones. If one of these clones does not meet expectations or decides they don't want to participate in the police force, they will be released out into the world and gain all the rights of a normal citizen. Blake is one of these clones. 

Blake dropped out of the police program as a teenager and has since become a lawyer. He's a very easygoing, friendly person and loves to chat up strangers.

The police tend to be firm and emotionless, and occasionally aggressive when a situation gets out of hand.

Note: Blake has a girlfriend named Cypress. While their relationship is not a major plot point in the story, the two characters will be interacting quite a bit. Please keep this in mind if you intend on being a voice actor for this character. Thank you!
