Misaki in the actual show is a very cheerful character and so is she in this parody of it so most of her lines will be cheerful but there are times when she will speak normally, threatening, or overly angry. 


I am am looking for a voice in the high to medium range for her.

Your takes seemed a bit too calm. Misaki is an energetic character so, besides lines when she's supposed to be angry like line 3, they should be very happy and cheerful. Line 3 was also supposed to be said as an angry shout.
