He's very full of himself, reffering to himself as "General" even though he did nothing to earn this rank, he just got put into the position of leader because of a power vaccum. He's a very idle leader that isn't the greatest at his job, but is good at looking like he is.
Is not a trustworthy guy and will often backout of promises.
Looking for a voice that is a good mix of charismatic authority and sleeze.
