The defacto leader of the Cianci Crime Family operating out of New Reno. Is a 200-year old ghoul from before the great war, who has lead his organization into taking over the city of New Reno after civil war within.
{Additional Note: What is a ghoul?} A post-human being, originally human, who has been mutated by high levels of radiation, resulting in a zombie-like appearance and extended lifespan, but also physical deformities:
Now, he's spread his organization out into the Mojave Wasteland, his motives entirely unknown. He is seen as a monster by his peers, using his knowledge of pre-war commerce and business to give himself an edge.
His only human connection, the photo of his family he lost 200 years ago by his side, faded after years of travels to the point where it's barely visible anymore.
We're looking for someone who can be imposing, but also sympathetic.
