Character Information: Taro is the oldest member of 13th Agency, being one of the earliest known people to gain supernatural abilities. He acts as the psychiatrist for 13th Agency, but is more known for his slightly judgmental and cynical personality. He says he knows what's best, and he is looking to prove that, but some wonder if he's even sensible.
Role: Taro is a minor speaking role.
Voice Description: Taro's voice must be older, and have a decently wide range. He keeps things concise, but also rambles occasionally. A natural French accent is preferred, but any accent or lack thereof is acceptable.
Game Needs: Talking and interacting with other characters, combat sounds, and dialogue matches with cutscenes.
