She isn't an orphan like most bandits, but says she is because of her brother. A lot of people are frightened by her because some people have said she isn’t too kind to people who get in her way, and she is known to be associated with Sebastian. Elias isn’t a big fan of this girl and quite literally avoids her at all cost. But.. Phoebe keeps trying to get his attention…
