A hotheaded Graffiti Artist who is a well known rival of Leadcase and a criminal. Breaking into homes and stealing spray paint, He's earned his title from the many fans he has that support the crimes. Some fans even keep stashes of Spray paint in their homes just to let him raid the collection. He has a short fuse and outwardly threatens Leadcase to step down so he can take his place as All-City Graffiti Artist.
