About:
Harvey E. Wolfe is the information broker and head of interrogation for the DCBA. The thing about Harvey is that he doesn't love his job, he's just good at it... but that doesn't mean he hates his job either. He just knows how to put on a calm and collected demeanor that somehow makes him more terrifying than one who might yell to make themself look big. His tone has a methodic gentleness to everything he says and does, making him unpredictable with how badly he'll actually hurt someone... just like a wolf in sheep's clothing. When it comes to those he loves, he is very charming and gentle, with a 'wise Uncle' energy to him. For him, family always comes first.

His voice is very deep and smooth, like Keith David but with an accent. He's a calm type of intimidating... he doesn't yell or raise his voice, but when he goes completely silent, that's when you know you're in trouble.
