Charles is a MODERATE commitment, being he is in most of the planned seasons, though he is not in every episode of said seasons.
He is a character we've need to RE-CAST so his original voice actor is in episode 1. We need a new voice actor for the rest of the series.
Charles runs the local pub, The Royal Oak, in a town full of the Supernatural. He gets the usual ghost or werewolf from time to time, but he means well to those he serves. He is a rude and ignorant bartender, at times, but alos very helpful.
