Ciel is a genetically modified human scientist and leader of the Resistance that formed to oppose Mega Man X, who went off the deep end and started a full-scale persecution campaign against the robotic organisms known as Reploids. X hopes to harvest their energy to make human lives more comfortable. Though she carries tremendous burden, Ciel is still quite young, and has insecurities about leading the Resistance to an end that would not accomplish anything for the Reploid oppression. It was during this time that she and a small team of foot soldiers would be ambushed and forced to retreat to an abandoned lab, where there one and only hope, the Legendary Reploid, Zero, lies in wait.

This role will require the one auditioning to be decently able to monologue and express feelings of regret, wonder, desperation, and cheer. Ciel is a teenager, so a voice on the young side wouldn't be inappropriate.
